Versand / Shipping

We ship all orders via DHL Paket within Germany and internationally.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Germany: 3-5 business days
• EU countries (incl. Switzerland): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Due to the nature of auto parts, some items may require additional handling fees for oversized or heavy packages.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your shipment at dhl.de.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. DHL Paket shipments are covered for up to €500 EUR.
